Fernando Navarro (born 1980) is a Spanish screenwriter. He is also a music critic. [1]

Biography

Fernando Navarro was born in Granada in 1980. [2] After considering to try to become a drummer for a music band, he started writing film screenplays. [3] He has since penned or co-penned the screenplays of Toro , Spy Time , Veronica , Muse , [3] Taxi to Gibraltar , [4] Unknown Origins , [5] Below Zero , A Perfect Enemy , [3] and Venus . [6] He has also formed part of the writing team of television series Matadero and ¿Qué fue de Jorge Sanz?  [ es ]. [5]

He has been nominated twice to the Goya Awards; [7] for Veronica (Best Original Screenplay) [8] and for Unknown Origins (Best Adapted Screenplay). [9]

In 2022, Navarro released his first book, Malaventura, published by Impedimenta. [10] [11]
