Fifth Wall Records is an American independent record label based in Brooklyn, New York. [1] [2] Founded in 2013 by producers Divvorce and Hound Scales, [3] [4] Fifth Wall releases primarily house music and techno. [1] [2] [5] In December 2013, electronic music magazine Resident Advisor named Fifth Wall its "Label of the Month." [2] As of January 2015, Fifth Wall had released fifteen vinyl 12" records and one charity compilation. [1] [6] Its name is a reference to the fourth wall in theater and other artistic media. [2]

Jimmy Edgar is an American conceptual artist and sound designer from Detroit, Michigan. Influenced by minimalism, Yves Klein and Immaterialism, early in their career Jimmy released two hip-hop glitch albums under the names Michaux and Kristuit Salu and Morris Nightingale. Their first solo album Color Strip (2006) came out on Warp Records after they signed to the label at age 18. This release was followed by XXX (2010) on !K7 Records in 2010. After their last solo LP Majenta (2012), Jimmy has released several EPS on Jimmys own imprint New Reality Now, often designing the album covers with Pilar Zeta.

L.I.E.S. Records is an American record label based in Brooklyn, New York that releases various types of electronic music. Founded by Ron Morelli and short for "Long Island Electrical Systems," L.I.E.S. is closely associated with the so-called outsider house genre of house and techno coming from Brooklyn. Artists include Delroy Edwards, Terekke, Gunnar Haslam, Vereker, Shawn O'Sullivan, Steve Moore, Person of Interest, Marcos Cabral, Legowelt, and Randomer. Founded in 2010, L.I.E.S. quickly rose to critical acclaim among music critics and fans, its 12" vinyl releases frequently quickly selling out after influential music stores like Hard Wax began to champion the label. Pitchfork Media wrote, "the rise of L.I.E.S. is one of the most significant and encouraging developments in American underground electronic music in years."
