Filippo Anfossi (died 14 May 1825) was a vicar-general of the Dominicans and Master of the Sacred Palace.
Anfossi was born in Taggia, Province of Imperia.
He carried on the negotiations with Lamennais regarding the corrections to be made in his "Essai sur l'indifférence" (Paris, 1821–23). He was one of the ultramontanist opponents of the various strands of Gallicanism represented by Scipione de Ricci, Vincento Palmieri, and Guillaume de la Luzerne.
He died in Rome in 1825.

Cesare Nosiglia is an Italian prelate of the Catholic Church was the Archbishop of Turin from 2010 to 2022. He has been a bishop since 1991, serving first as an auxiliary bishop of Rome, vicegerent of Rome with the title of archbishop from 1996 to 2003, and then Archbishop-Bishop of Vicenza from 2003 to 2010.
The 1264–65 papal election was convened after the death of Pope Urban IV and ended by electing his successor Pope Clement IV. The librettist is not known for sure but is thought to be either Giovanni Bertati or Giuseppe Petrosellini. The opera premiered at the Teatro delle Dame in Rome during the Carnival season of 1777.
