Fitness Beach was a TV fitness and exercise [1] show that aired on ESPN2 in the 1990s.

The cast of the program included Kathy Derry, Deborah Khazei, Denise Paglia and Leeann Tweeden. Jennifer Goodwin, the fitness model (not to be confused with the actress Ginnifer Goodwin) was also featured in the last season.

The program was produced by High Bar Productions, which also produced other ESPN2 exercise programs such as BodyShaping and Co-ed Training . [2]

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning that involves endurance training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises performed in a circuit, similar to high-intensity interval training. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all set exercises in the program. A fitness trail, trim trail or parcourse consists of a path or course with outdoor exercise equipment or obstacles installed along its length for exercising the human body to promote good health. The course is designed to promote physical fitness training in the style attributed to Georges Hébert. In general, fitness trails can be natural or man-made, located in areas such as forest, transportation rights-of-way, parks, or urban settings. Equipment exists to provide specific forms of physiological exercise, and can consist of natural features including climbable rocks, trees, and river embankments, or manufactured products designed to provide similar physical challenges. The degree of difficulty of a course is determined by terrain slope, trail surface, obstacle height (walls) or length (crawls) and other features. Urban parcourses tend to be flat, to permit participation by the elderly, and to accommodate cyclists, runners, skaters and walking. The new concept of an outdoor gym, containing traditional gym equipment specifically designed for outdoor use, is also considered to be a development of the parcourse. Latisha Wilder is a professional figure competitor from the United States. Ever since her first visit to the Arnold Classic Weekend in 1998, she decided that fitness was her calling and competed in her first figure show a year later. And ever since turning pro in 2003 at the 2003 NPC Figure National Championships, she has become one of the rising figure competitors in the sport of figure competition. In just two years as a pro she has achieved two runner-up spots at the Pittsburgh Pro and Palm Beach Pro, and two top-fives at the Figure International. Though not competing in figure competitions currently, Wilder is still working as fitness trainer. She also coaches for a high school cross country program and girls' track program at Upper Arlington High School in Upper Arlington, Ohio, having previously coached at the middle school level.

Kiana Tom is an American television host, fitness expert, model, author, former actress, and businesswoman. She is best known as the hostess and creator of Kiana's Flex Appeal on ESPN.
