Forest Vance (born 16 April 1981, in Bellingham, WA) is a former American football player and personal trainer. He played in the National Football League for the Green Bay Packers and the Kansas City Chiefs, previously he played college football for the University of California, Davis.
Vance graduated from Colfax High School in 1999 where he lettered in football and track. [1] [2]
Vance started in 48 straight games for Cal-Davis, earning letters each season (2000-2003). He moved to the guard position as a Senior after playing tackle his first three seasons and was selected to the Division I – AA Independent All-Star team in 2003. Vance was an all-region honoree as a junior, in addition to receiving Associated Press Little all-America third-team honors. [3] [4] While on the Aggie roster, Vance played tight end, offensive tackle, outside linebacker, and defensive end. He graduated from UC Davis with a degree in Communications.
Vance earned a spot on the opening day training camp rosters of the Green Bay Packers (2004) [5] and Kansas City Chiefs (2005). [6] Vance signed with Green Bay as a undrafted free agent on April 30, 2004 as an offensive guard. He was one of the Packers final cuts but was placed on injured reserve after he tore the cartilage in his right knee. Vance was picked up by the Chiefs in August 2004 but was released in 2005 due to injury. [7]
After his football career, Vance earned a Master of Science in Human Movement from A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona, as well as his Personal Trainer certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and American College of Sports Medicine. He also is a Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He has been featured on KCRA-TV as an expert in kettle bell Training [8] and self-published a book in 2009 entitled "No Gym? No Excuse!". [9]
Mark Tauscher is an American former professional football player who spent his entire 11-year career as an offensive tackle for the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Wisconsin Badgers. Tauscher was selected by the Packers in the seventh round of the 2000 NFL Draft. He won Super Bowl XLV with them over the Pittsburgh Steelers. He now provides studio commentary for NFL coverage on Sky Sports in Britain.
Robert Emmett Davis is a former American football long snapper in the National Football League who is the director of organizational development and diversity, equity, and inclusion for the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League (NFL). He was originally signed by the New York Jets as an undrafted free agent in 1993. He played college football at Shippensburg.
Adam Walter Stenavich is an American football coach and former offensive tackle who is the offensive coordinator for the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League (NFL). He previously served as an assistant coach for the San Francisco 49ers, San Jose State University, Northern Arizona University and the University of Michigan.
Anthony Ike Ugoh, Jr. is a former American football offensive tackle, who played for five seasons in the National Football League (NFL). After playing college football for Arkansas, he was drafted by the Indianapolis Colts in the second round of the 2007 NFL Draft. He played for the Colts from 2007 to 2009, the Detroit Lions in 2010, and the New York Giants in 2011.
Chris Patrick is a former American football offensive tackle. He was signed by the New York Giants as an undrafted free agent in 2007. He played college football at the University of Nebraska.
Eric Assad Bakhtiari is a former American football linebacker. He was most recently playing for the San Francisco 49ers, but was cut from the team on January 1, 2013. He was signed by the San Diego Chargers as an undrafted free agent in 2008. He played college football at San Diego.
Thomas John Lang is an American former professional football player who was a guard in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Eastern Michigan Eagles and was selected by the Green Bay Packers in the fourth round of the 2009 NFL Draft. Lang was a member of the Packers' Super Bowl XLV win over the Pittsburgh Steelers, and has also played for the Detroit Lions.
Frank William Zombo III is a former American football linebacker. He was signed by the Green Bay Packers as an undrafted free agent in 2010 and later won Super Bowl XLV with them over the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played college football at Central Michigan.
Derek Lee Sherrod is a former American football offensive tackle. He was selected by the Green Bay Packers in the first round of the 2011 NFL Draft. He played college football at Mississippi State.
Dennis Andrew Kelly is an American football offensive tackle who is a free agent. He played college football at Purdue and was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the fifth round of the 2012 NFL Draft.
Michael Maurice Pennel Jr. is an American football nose tackle for the Kansas City Chiefs of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Scottsdale Community College, Arizona State, and CSU Pueblo and was signed by the Green Bay Packers as an undrafted free agent in 2014.
Jean Fanor is an American football safety who is currently a free agent. He played college football at Bethune-Cookman. Fanor was signed by the Kansas City Chiefs as an undrafted free agent in 2012. He has also been a member of the Tampa Bay Storm, Green Bay Packers and Toronto Argonauts.

Kyle Neil Murphy is an American football offensive tackle for the DC Defenders of the United Football League (UFL). He played college football for Stanford University on a scholarship. At Stanford, he was a four-year starter primarily at offensive tackle for the Cardinal where he was named to multiple first-team and second-team All-Pac-12 teams. He was drafted by the Green Bay Packers in the sixth round of the 2016 NFL Draft.
Tyler Coatney Lancaster is an American football nose tackle who is a free agent. He played college football at Northwestern, and was signed by the Green Bay Packers as an undrafted free agent in 2018.
Keisean Nixon is an American football cornerback for the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Arizona Western before transferring to South Carolina, and was signed by the Oakland Raiders as an undrafted free agent in 2019.
