Forget About the World is the fourth studio album by Canadian folk music artist Jimmy Rankin. It was released on April 12, 2011 on Rankin's own Song Dog label and distributed by Fontana North. [2] The album's first single, "Here in My Heart," was co-written with Patricia Conroy and features Keith Urban on guitar. [1] Serena Ryder appears on "Walk That Way," Rankin's first duet since "Fare Thee Well Love." [2]

Fontana North

Fontana North is a Canadian record distribution company and represents the Canadian wing of Fontana Distribution. It is a joint venture between Canadian-based Cadence Music Goup and US-based Fontana Distribution. The company was established by MapleCore in 2004 as MapleNationwide, and in 2006, it partnered with Fontana Distribution and was rebranded as Fontana North. It has expanded throughout Canada for pan-Canadian distribution of many music labels. On August 22, 2013 it was announced that they would be teaming up with Distort Entertainment in a joint venture deal with Fontana North acting as the main distributor of the hardcore label.

Patricia Conroy is a Canadian country music singer. In her career, she has released five studio albums and a one compilation album. Several of her singles have charted on the Canadian RPM Country Tracks chart, most notably her number one hits "Somebody's Leavin'" and "What Else Can I Do" from 1994 and 1995.

The Juno Awards of 2012 honoured Canadian music industry achievements in the latter part of 2010 and in most of 2011. The awards were presented in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada during the weekend of 31 March and 1 April 2012. A week of related events began on 26 March 2012.
