Frances Ne Moyer was an actress who appeared in silent comedy films. She worked for Lubin.

She was born in Westfield, New York and attended Miss Nardin's Academy in Buffalo, New York where she lived. Marguerite Ne Moyer was also a film actress. Her family was in show business and she performed with the Anson Gilmore Stock Company. [1]

A reported noted her among performers to be used in support of Mae Hotaling at Lubin, describing her as "the girl with the beautiful eyes". [2]
