Francesco Sartori (born 1957) is an Italian composer and piano and trumpet player.

Sartori composed "Con te partirò", with lyrics by Lucio Quarantotto, for Andrea Bocelli. The song was also recorded by Jonas Kaufmann with Orchestra Sinfonica Del Teatro Massimo Di Palermo directed by Asher Fisch (Sony Classical 018363288875) and as a duet entitled "Time to Say Goodbye" with Andrea Bocelli and Sarah Brightman.

Sartori and Quarantotto also composed "Canto della Terra" and "Immenso", both recorded by Bocelli for his 1999 album Sogno , and "Mille Lune Mille Onde" for his 2001 album Cieli di Toscana . "Canto della Terra" was also later recorded as a duet between Bocelli and Brightman in 2007.

Sartori and Quarantotto, working for Sugar Music, have composed much of Bocelli's pop repertoire. [1]

"Mille Lune Mille Onde" is the second single from Italian pop tenor Andrea Bocelli's 2001 album, Cieli di Toscana. The song was written by Francesco Sartori, Claudio Corradini and Lucio Quarantotto, the writers of Bocelli's "Con te partirò" and "Canto della Terra", and by multiple Grammy Award winner David Foster, and is among Bocelli's most popular and well-known songs. The song is used in all of Barilla's pasta commercials.

"Vivere" is a song written by Italian singer-songwriter Gerardina Trovato with Angelo Anastasio and Celso Valli. It was first recorded as a duet between Trovato and Italian pop tenor Andrea Bocelli and included in Trovato's 1994 album Non è un film as well as on Bocelli's debut album Il Mare Calmo della Sera. It was also released as a B-side single with Bocelli's "Con te partirò" in 1996 and it was later featured on the compilation album Romanza, released by Bocelli in 1997.

The second and final series of Popstar to Operastar began on 4 June 2011, with eight celebrities in competition to become an opera singer, after achieving success as a popstar. The judges were confirmed; with Rolando Villazón and Katherine Jenkins and two new judges Vanessa-Mae and Simon Callow, who took over the places of Meat Loaf and Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen. Myleene Klass returned as the presenter taking on sole presenting duties as Alan Titchmarsh did not return.
