Francis Tamisy Raharison is a Malagasy politician. A former member of the National Assembly of Madagascar, [1] he was elected as a deputy of the Tiako I Madagasikara party in the 2002 Malagasy parliamentary elections [2] and in 2007. He represents the constituency of Anosibe An'ala. [3]

He was appointed by President Hery Rajaonarimampianina following Olivier Mahafaly Solonandrasana’s resignation due to widespread protests throughout the country. Ntsay is considered a technocrat and has worked for the United Nations.
