Jan Francis van 't Hooft (born 3 January 1940) is a retired field hockey player from the Netherlands. He competed at the 1964 Summer Olympics where his team finished in seventh place. He played six matches and scored two goals. [1]

MS <i>Pieter Corneliszoon Hooft</i>

Pieter Corneliszoon Hooft was a Dutch ocean liner built in 1925. An onboard fire destroyed her passenger accommodation before she was completed. In 1932, another fire damaged her so severely that she was sold for scrapping, only to catch fire again before she was scrapped.

Johan (Jan) van Brosterhuysen, also spelled "Brosterhuisen" was a Dutch botanist, engraver, writer, and translator. At age 14 he was registered as a gownsman on 3 June 1610 at Leiden University, his native city.
