Francisco Diaz-Pizarro is a Spanish professional pool player. Diaz-Pizarro is a two time European champion winning the 9-Ball event in 2013 and 2015. [1] [2] In 2015, he also received a runners-up medal in the 10-Ball event, losing in the final to Greece's Alexander Kazakis. [3]
Diaz is also a mainstay competitor of the Euro Tour, reaching the semi-final of four events, including the 2018 Dynamic Billiard Treviso Open. [4]
Gerda Hofstätter Gergerson, nicknamed "G-Force", is an Austrian professional pool player. Hofstätter won the WPA World Nine-ball Championship in 1995. She is a winner at the European Pool Championship on nine occasions, and won the Austrian national Championship seventeen times. Hofstätter is a two-time Hall of Fame inductee being voted into both the Women's Professional Billiard Association and Billiard Congress of America Hall of Fames in the Greatest Players Category. Hofstätter was the Austrian Sportswoman of the Year for Carinthia in 1993. Hofstätter played on the WPBA Tour until her retirement, doing so from 1993 onward.
David Alcaide Bermúdez is a Spanish professional pool player. He is a two-time winner of the World Pool Masters, winning the 2017 event, defeating Jayson Shaw 8–7 in the final, and again in 2019 defeating Alexander Kazakis 9–8. Alcaide is a three-time world championship semi-finalist having reached the stage at the WPA World 10-ball Championship, in 2009 and 2015, and the WPA World Eight-ball Championship in 2011.
Nick van den Berg is a Dutch professional pool player. He was the runner up at the 2005 WPA World Eight-ball Championship, where he lost to Wu Chia-ching 11–5 in the final. He is a multiple time winner of events on the Euro Tour, winning 10 tournaments between 2002 and 2017, the fourth highest in the history of the tour. A six-time winner of the European Pool Championships, Van den Berg has represented Europe at the Mosconi Cup on eight occasions, winning the event on six occasions as well as tying the event in 2006.

European Pool Championship is a pool competition organized by the European Pocket Billiard Federation (EPBF). The tournament is held annually since 1980. It should not be confused with the series of smaller events known as the Euro Tour, also run by the EPBF.
Joshua Filler is a German professional pool player from Bönen, Germany. In 2018 Filler defeated Carlo Biado 13–10 to win the 2018 WPA World Nine-ball Championship. In 2017 he was the youngest player to win the China Open, and in 2018 he also won the 10-ball European Pool Championships. Filler became WPA and Euro Tour world number 1 in 2019, and later he reached the final of the 2019 WPA World Ten-ball Championship before losing 10–7 to Ko Ping-chung.
Alexander Kazakis is a Greek professional pool player. Kazakis is a former European 10-ball champion, and regular 9-ball player. In 2018, he was the number one ranked player by the World Pool-Billiard Association.
Denis Grabe, is an Estonian professional pool player. Grabe reached the semifinal of 2024 WPA World Ten-ball Championship losing to Naoyuki Ōi of Japan 2-3 in sets, he beat Aloysious Yapp in the last 16 and Francisco Sánchez Ruíz in the last 8 to achieve a bronze medal. Grabe reached the quarter-final of the 2016 WPA World Nine-ball Championship, before losing to Cheng Yu-hsuan 11–3. Grabe won two consecutive Euro Tour tournaments in a row in 2014, at the Austria Open, and Slovenian Open. In 2018, he also reached the final of the 2018 Sankt Johann im Pongau Open, losing the final 9–5 to Alexander Kazakis.
The Dynamic Billard Sankt Johann in the Pongau Open 2018 was the second Euro Tour 9-Ball pool event in 2018. The event was won by Greece's Alexander Kazakis who defeated Estonia's Denis Grabe 9–5 in the final. This was Kazkis's first Euro Tour victory.
Francisco Sánchez Ruíz is a Spanish professional pool player, nicknamed "The Ferrari" and by his initials "FSR". He won both the 2022 WPA World Eight-ball Championship and the 2023 WPA World Nine-ball Championship.
Wiktor Zieliński is a Polish professional pool player. He is the youngest player to ever win a Euro Tour event, winning the 2017 Treviso Open at the age of 16.
The Dynamic Billard Leende Open 2019 was a nine-ball pool tournament, and the first Euro Tour event of 2019. The event was held between 7–10 February 2019, at the Golden Tulip Jagershorst hotel in Leende, Netherlands. The event was won by Germany's Joshua Filler, who defeated Ruslan Chinakhov 9–7 in the final. This was Filler's first Euro Tour win, having previously been a runner-up at three previous events.
The 2019 Treviso Open was a nine-ball pool tournament, and the second Euro Tour event of the 2019 season. The event was held from 8 to 11 May 2019, at the Best Western Premier BHR Treviso Hotel in Treviso, Italy. The event had a total prize pool of €38,000 with the winner of each event receiving €4,500. The event followed the Leende Open, and preceded the Austria Open.
The 2018 European Pool Championships was a professional pool championship that took place at the NH Hotel Koningshof, in Veldhoven, Netherlands. The event played between 19 and 31 July 2018 was a part of the European Pool Championships; and saw events for men, women, wheelchair competitors, youth and seniors across four pool disciplines: Straight Pool, 8-Ball, 9-Ball, and 10-Ball.
The 2019 Dynamic Billard St. Johann im Pongau Open was a professional nine-ball pool tournament and the third Euro Tour event of 2019. The event was held from 13 to 16 June 2019, at the Alpina, Wellness & Sporthotel in Sankt Johann im Pongau, Austria. The event followed the Treviso Open, won by Poland's Konrad Juszczyszyn, and preceded the Veldhoven Open.
Kristina Olegovna Tkach is a Russian professional pool player. She became the 2017 WPA World Nine-ball Junior Championship winner, defeating Lee Woo-jin in the final 9–6. Tkach is a four time European champion having won the eight-ball event in 2016 and 2019, as well as Straight pool in 2017 and 2019. In addition, she is a nine-time Junior European Champion.
The 2019 European Pool Championships was a series of professional pool championships that took place at the Best Western Premier in Treviso, Italy. The event was played between 26 April and 8 May 2019 and was the 39th edition of the European Pool Championships that were first held in 1980. The championships saw events for men, women, under 23s and wheelchairs across five disciplines; straight pool, eight-ball, nine-ball, ten-ball and a team event.
Nikolaos "Nick" Malai is an Albanian professional pool player. Malai is a former winner of an event on the Euro Tour, winning the 2012 North Cyprus Open.

The men's event was held between 11 and 13 October, whilst the women's event was held from 13 to 14 October 2019, held at the Sportpark Klagenfurt in Klagenfurt, Austria. The event featured a total prize fund of €38,000, with the winner of each event winning €4,500.
