Frank Walsh (born September 5, 1976 in St John's) is a Canadian rugby union prop. He debuted for Canada against Ireland in 2008. Walsh was a member of the Canadian 2011 Rugby World Cup squad.
The University of Limerick (UL) is a public research university institution in Limerick, Ireland. He then played professionally in Wales for Llanelli and Llandovery, and in France for Grenoble, Clermont and Oyonnax. He was nicknamed "Cuddles" by his teammates.
Steve Walsh is a retired professional rugby union referee from New Zealand. He officiated at international level from 1998 to 2014, and at three Rugby World Cups, including refereeing the semi-final between South Africa and Argentina in 2007. Walsh became the most experienced Super Rugby referee in 2014, passing Jonathan Kaplan's record before retiring from the game in 2015.
