Fredrik Nils Ohlander (born 11 February 1976) is a Swedish handballer, currently playing as a goalkeeper for the Spanish club BM Granollers.

He has previously played for Danish Handball League side KIF Kolding and Spanish club FC Barcelona Handbol.

Ohlander has played 60 matches for the Swedish national handball team.

Borlänge HK is a handball club in Borlänge in Sweden, established in 1947. The club won the Swedish women's national championship in 1970, 1973 and 1978. The women's team played 11 seasons in the Swedish top division between 1971–1972 and 1995–1996. and the men's team played in the Swedish top division during the 1984–1985 season. IK Heim were a Swedish handball club from Gothenburg, founded in 1923. They have been Swedish champions 7 times. They won the title in 1950, 1955, 1959, 1960 and 1962. They were relegated from the top level in 1965 and did not return until 1974. In 1980, Heim reached the semifinals of the Cup Winners' Cup, where they lost to Spanish club CB Calpisa. They won two more Swedish titles in 1982 and 1983, but were relegated again in 1984. In 2005, the club merged with Mölndal HF to form IK Heim Mölndal and later Mölndal/Heim.
