KIF Kolding is a professional handball club based in Kolding, Denmark who competes in the Danish Handball League. KIF Kolding has won the Danish Handball Championship a record 14 times.
KIF Kolding won its first Danish Handball Championship in 1987. From 1987 to 2009 KIF won the Danish Handball Championship 12 times. In the summer of 2011 the women team of the club became an independent club called Vejen EH.
KIF Kolding København was formed in August 2012 after AG København went bankrupt. Some of the players from AG København joined the players from KIF and some of AGK's sponsors also joined KIF under the new name. KIF Kolding København played some home games in Kolding and some in Brøndby. KIF won the Danish Handball Championship 2 times under the name KIF Kolding København.
On 31 March 2018 KIF announced in a press release, that the club will drop the Copenhagen part of the club and will again be known as KIF Kolding. A new board was established and long time director Jens Boessen stepped down. 9 million DKK was invested into the club and old creditors written off debt of 11 million DKK. [1]

Kolding Fodbold Club, commonly known as Kolding FC, was a Danish association football club based in Kolding. Founded in 2002 as a merger between local clubs Kolding IF and Kolding Boldklub, the club turned professional on 11 November 2006, receiving permission from the Danish Football Association (DBU) to sign contracts. He was selected as the best keeper for the 2008 European Men's Handball Championship, where he also won Gold medals with the Danish national team. Lars Troels Jørgensen is a Danish retired handball player and current handball coach. He used to play for the Danish national team and the Spanish clubs SDC San Antonio and BM Altea. Lastly he played for the Danish club KIF Kolding København. He retired in 2017.

Thise made him the most winning player in the Danish League history at the time of his retirement. When he retired he also had the club record for most matches with 588 matches for KIF Kolding. A record he held until the 2015/16 season, when he was passed by Bo Spellerberg.
