Fredrik Sundin (born June 4, 1981) is a professional Swedish ice hockey player.
Sundin Stavanger Oilers in the Norwegian GET-ligaen. He has played with Stavanger since 2005. Before signing with Stavanger had he played in Swedish Elite League for Färjestads BK and Timrå IK. He has also represented Bofors IK in the Allsvenskan. In 2002 he won the Swedish Championship while playing for Färjestads BK.
He represented Sweden in the World Junior Ice Hockey Championships in 2001.

The Swedish Hockey League is a professional ice hockey league, and the highest division in the Swedish ice hockey system. The league currently consists of 14 teams. The league was founded in 1975, and while Swedish ice hockey champions have been crowned through various formats since 1922, the title and the Le Mat Trophy have been awarded to the winner of the SHL playoffs since the league's inaugural 1975–76 season.
Ulf Peter Jörgen Jönsson is a Swedish former professional ice hockey player who last played for Färjestads BK of the Swedish Elitserien. He has represented the Team Sweden 285 times, making him the record holder for most games played in the national team. Jörgen Jönsson is also the older brother of former NHL-star Kenny Jönsson, and the two played 68 games in North America together as teammates.
Frölunda Hockey Club, previously known as the Frölunda Indians, is a Swedish professional ice hockey club based in Gothenburg. They currently play in the highest Swedish league, the Swedish Hockey League (SHL), formerly the Elitserien, where they have played for most of the club's existence. They last played in the lower division, the Allsvenskan, in 1995. Frölunda have won the national championship title five times: in 1965, 2003, 2005, 2016 and 2019.
Håkan Per Loob is a Swedish former professional ice hockey player for Färjestad BK of the Elitserien and the Calgary Flames of the National Hockey League (NHL). He is the head of European Scouting for the Calgary Flames after resigning as president of Hockey Operations for Färjestad. Considered one of the greatest Swedish hockey players of all time, he was inducted into the International Ice Hockey Federation Hall of Fame in 1998 and the Swedish ice hockey Hall of Fame in 2012. The Elitserien created the Håkan Loob Trophy, awarded to the league's top goal scorer, in his honour in 2005 and Färjestad has retired his jersey number 5.
Peter "Pekka" Lindmark is a Swedish former ice hockey goaltender. During his career he represented three teams in Elitserien: Timrå IK, Färjestads BK and Malmö Redhawks.

Before that did he represent Augsburger Panther in the Deutsche Eishockey Liga (2001–2004), Färjestads BK in the Swedish Elite League (2000–2001), VIK Västerås HK in the Swedish Elite League (1997–2000).Now he plays for the French elite hockey team Dragons de Rouen. Before signing with Västerås IK in 1997 did he play in the lower leagues in Sweden.

The Swedish Ice Hockey Coach of the Year has been awarded to the best ice hockey coach in Sweden each season since the 1991–92 season. The award was created in honor of Arne Strömberg, and Kamratföreningen Hockeyjournalisterna is the jury which votes on the award. The award has usually gone to a coach in the top-tier league (SHL/Elitserien), although the award is not specific to the top-tier league.
