Anni-Frid Synni Lyngstad, also known simply as Frida, is a Norwegian-born Swedish singer who is best known as one of the founding members and lead singers of the pop band ABBA. Courtesy titles Princess Reuss and Countess of Plauen are also in use due to her third marriage. Born in Bjørkåsen (Ballangen), Norway, to a Norwegian mother and a German father, she grew up in Torshälla, Sweden, and started her first solo career there, as a jazz singer in 1967, through a talent competition called New Faces.
Anja Sofia Tess Pärson is a Swedish former alpine skier. She is an Olympic gold medalist, seven-time gold medalist at the World Championships, and two-time overall Alpine Skiing World Cup champion. Frida Maria Johansson Metso is a Swedish politician and was chairperson of the Liberal Youth of Sweden from 2006 to 2009. She lives in Uppsala, where she was studying psychology at Uppsala University until she took a sabbatical from her studies on being elected. She joined LUF at the age of 14 and has previously been chairperson of the Liberal Refugee Fund and 2nd vice chairperson of the Liberal Youth of Sweden.

She openly spoke in favour of a boycott of the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, citing the numerous human rights abuses of the Chinese government as a just cause.
Frida Svensson is a Swedish track and field athlete who competed in the 400 metres hurdles. She represented Sweden at the IAAF World Championships in Athletics on three occasions, qualifying for the semifinals in both Tokyo 1991 and Stuttgart 1993. She also reached the semifinals of the women's 400 metres hurdles at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics.

Sweden competed at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia, from 7 to 23 February 2014. The Swedish Olympic Committee sent 106 athletes to the Games, 61 men and 45 women, to compete in nine sports. 38 of the 98 events had Swedish participation. The youngest athlete in the delegation was freestyle skier Sandra Näslund, at 17 years old, while ice hockey player Daniel Alfredsson was the oldest athlete at 41. Alfredsson competed in his fifth Olympics, and he thus became the first Swedish ice hockey player that has participated in five Olympic tournaments. 55 athletes were Olympic debutants. Sweden won 15 medals in total, making the Sochi games Sweden's most successful Winter Games ever in terms of medals. However, the number of gold medals (2) was lower than in the two previous Winter Games.

Frida Karlsson is a Swedish cross-country skier. She won a silver medal in the women's 10 kilometres classical, bronze medal in the women's 30 kilometre freestyle mass start, and gold as a member of the women's 4 × 5 kilometre relay during the 2019 FIS World Championships in Seefeld in Tirol, Austria. With this win, she became the youngest cross-country skiing World Cup gold medalist in history. In April 2018, she received a 50,000 Swedish kronor prize for promising new skiers from former skier Johan Olsson and a bank. The award also gave her the opportunity to use Olsson as a mentor. Karlsson is the daughter of former cross-country skier Ann-Marie Karlsson.
Frida Mikaela Kinhult is a Swedish professional golfer. She rose to world number one in the World Amateur Golf Ranking in June 2019 and won the 2020 Symetra Tour Championship to graduate to the LPGA Tour.
Frida Gustafsson Spång is a Swedish professional golfer who has played on the Ladies European Tour (LET). She was runner-up at the 2021 Aramco Team Series team event in London.
Elsa Amanda Linnér is a Swedish amateur golfer. In 2017 she won the European Girls' Team Championship, the Vagliano Trophy, the French International Lady Juniors Amateur Championship and the Annika Invitational Europe. In 2018 she won the European Ladies' Team Championship.
Frida Westman is a Swedish ski jumper who competed at the 2022 Winter Olympics. She was the first Swedish female ski jumper at an Olympic Games. Westman has the best finish by any Swedish female ski jumper at a FIS Ski Jumping World Cup event.
