Frisco Station is a 242-acre mixed-use development located in the northwest quadrant of the Dallas North Tollway and Warren Parkway in Frisco, Texas. [1]
Frisco Station is one of the primary projects that make up Frisco's “$5 Billion Mile,” a name given by the Frisco Economic Development Corp to the one-mile stretch along the Dallas North Tollway that includes four mixed-use developments totaling more than $5 billion in capital investment. [2] It is being developed by Frisco Station Partners. [3]
The development includes office, residential, retail, restaurant and medical space. Frisco Station will include a medical and wellness campus, a regional hub for fitness, retail, luxury restaurants, outdoor spaces for community programming and hiking and biking trails. Development will be centered around a 200,000 square-foot shopping and entertainment district known as "The Hub". [4] The Hub also includes a hotel campus consisting of four hotel brands with over 600 total rooms. [5]
The Hub includes over 5 million square feet of office space, including mid-rise buildings and corporate campuses, and is projected to employ more than 15,000 people. [6] In May 2016, the Frisco Station Partnership announced plans to begin the first phase of development with a seven-story, 228,000-square-foot office building that will include a fitness center and conference facilities. There is also a luxury 16-story hotel, located next to the Ford Center.
The stadium serves as the new Dallas Cowboys training facility, which is located next door the Cowboys’ headquarters at the Star in Frisco. [7]

Metro Centre at Owings Mills, previously Owings Mills Town Center, is a partially-completed $220 million transit-oriented development in Owings Mills, Maryland aimed at creating a downtown meeting place on the land between the Owings Mills Metro Station and the former Owings Mills Mall. The complex will include housing, shops, office space, a hotel, a library, and a community college. Capitol Commons is a mixed-use development in Oranbo, Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is a redevelopment of the former Rizal Provincial Capitol complex located in the village of Oranbo adjacent to the Ortigas Center financial district. The 10-hectare (25-acre) site being developed by Ortigas & Company Limited Partnership, the same developer behind Ortigas Center, features Pasig's first high-end shopping center called Estancia at Capitol Commons. Ford Center at The Star is a 12,000-seat indoor stadium located in Frisco, Texas. Its main use is as the Dallas Cowboys' practice facility. It is also used for Whataburger's Friday Night Stars, an event every Friday showcasing Frisco Independent School District high school varsity football. The synthetic turf is Hellas Matrix Turf with Helix Technology. The field's dimensions can also be marked for and accommodate a regulation soccer pitch and lacrosse field.
Midtown is a mixed-use development district under development in Dallas, Texas (USA). The area is located in North Dallas, bordered by Interstate 635 on the south, Dallas North Tollway on the west, Spring Valley Road on the north, and Preston Road on the east.
