Frédéric Cermeno (born 20 June 1979 in Perpignan), is a French rugby league and rugby union player. He has played at the club level for USA Perpignan.
Frédéric Cermeno began playing Rugby union with USA Perpignan, where he was a finalist for the Heineken Cup. He moved to Castres Olympique in 2006. The next year he played the Pro D2 with AS Béziers Hérault. He earned his only cap playing for the French national team on 28 May 2000 against the Romania at Bucharest. In 2009 he joined Pia Donkeys in rugby league.[ citation needed ]

They were founded in 1934, and thus were founding members of the French rugby league championship. In 2000 their senior team merged with nearby neighbours AS Saint Estève to form Union Treiziste Catalane, now better known in the English-speaking world by their Super League identity of Catalans Dragons.

Thierry Lacroix is a former French rugby union footballer. He won 43 caps playing at fly-half for the French rugby union side. He made his international test debut in Strasbourg at the age of 22 on 4 November 1989, coming on as a replacement for the injured Didier Camberabero against Australia. He was part of the winning side at the 1993 Five Nations Championship. He won his final cap for France on 22 November 1997 against South Africa. Lacroix played in the 1991 Rugby World Cup - a tournament in which the French team was beaten in the quarter-final stage by the eventual losing finalist, England - and again in the 1995 Rugby World Cup in which he was the top points scorer with 112 points. France finished the 1995 tournament in 3rd place, defeating a fellow losing semi finalist, England, in the 3rd / 4th place playoff game.

Born in Moscow, he previously played rugby league for Dynamo Moscow and his talents were noticed playing in a Challenge Cup match against professional Super League teams. His position is at lock or in the forwards. Kulemin left London Welsh to join Sale Sharks for the 2013/14 season. After a spell with Sale Sharks, it was confirmed Kulemin will return to France to join USA Perpignan, who were relegated to the Pro D2.

Starting in rugby union for Stade Toulousain, he made his debut with the club in First Division in 1966 before joining Carcassonne in 1967 and then, USA Perpignan in 1969. In 1971 he switches codes opting for rugby league and for XIII Catalan from Perpignan where he won the French Championship and the Lord Derby Cup.He was concurrently the coach for Saint-Jacques, Soler and Palau before coaching XIII Catalan and France national team leading the latter to an historic success against Great Britain. He ended his career as director of the French Rugby League Federation.
