Fuat Kalkan (born 13 February 1988 in West Berlin [1] ) is a German-Turkish football midfielder.

Kalkan represented Turkey in an under-21 friendly international against Ukraine on 10 February 2009.

Fuat Oktay 1st Vice President of Turkey

Fuat Oktay is a Turkish politician, civil servant and academic serving as the first and current Vice President of Turkey since 2018. An Independent, he previously served as Undersecretary to the Prime Minister of Turkey from 2016 until his appointment to the vice presidency, following the creation of the office after the 2017 constitutional referendum.
