Puskás Aréna is a football stadium in the 14th district (Zugló) of Budapest, Hungary. The stadium's construction started in 2017 and was finished before the end of 2019. It is an all-seater with a capacity of 67,215. The Hungarian Football Federation meets all UEFA and FIFA stadium requirements, and was awarded 4-stars by the UEFA. The stadium is built in the place of the former Ferenc Puskás Stadium whose demolition was completed in October 2016. Both stadiums were named in honour of the former national team captain Ferenc Puskás.
The TEP70 main line single unit diesel passenger locomotive, rated at 2,964 kW (3,975 hp), with AC/DC transmission and individual axle traction control, is a railway engine designed to haul passenger trains on the Russian gauge railway network of eastern Europe. As of 2020, it is still in service in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Kazakhstan. It is the successor to the TEP60, with many design elements is derived from that locomotive; however, the engine was replaced by a four-stroke one. TEP70, especially its experimental batch, incorporated some features of British Rail HS4000, for example, its bogies and some elements of driving control equipment. Later batches of this locomotive incorporated some design features from TEP75 experimental locomotive and predecessor TEP70. Final batches, produced until 2006, also had several important improvements.

It was signed on 9 November by the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan and the President of Russia Vladimir Putin, and ended all hostilities in the Nagorno-Karabakh region from 00:00, 10 November 2020 Moscow time. The president of the self-declared Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, also agreed to an end of hostilities.
