The GP Erik Breukink was a multi-day road cycling held annually in the Netherlands in 2002 and 2003. [1] [2]

It is named after Erik Breukink, a former professional cyclist.

1988 Giro dItalia cycling race

The 1988 Giro d'Italia was the 71st running of the Giro d'Italia, one of cycling's Grand Tour races. The Giro started in Urbino, on 23 May, with a 9 km (5.6 mi) individual time trial and concluded in Vittorio Veneto, on 12 June, with a 43 km (26.7 mi) individual time trial. A total of 180 riders from 20 teams entered the 21-stage race, which was won by American Andrew Hampsten of the 7-Eleven–Hoonved team. The second and third places were taken by Dutchman Erik Breukink and Swiss Urs Zimmermann, respectively. It was the third time – and second successive year – in the history of the Giro that the podium was occupied solely by non-Italian riders.

PDM was a Dutch professional cycling team from 1986 until the end of 1992. Gin-MG was co-sponsor in Spanish races and Cidona was co-sponsor in the 1991 Nissan Classic. The team was sponsored by Philips Dupont Magnetics, a joint venture between the electronics company, Philips, and the chemical company, DuPont. The team rode Concorde bicycles, manufactured in Italy, by several builders that were colour coordinated to the team jersey by Ultima.

The 47th Edition Vuelta a España, a long-distance bicycle stage race and one of the three grand tours, was held from 27 April to 17 May 1992. It consisted of 20 stages covering a total of 3,395 km (2,110 mi), and was won by Tony Rominger of the Clas-Cajastur cycling team.

Dave Bruylandts is a Belgian former professional road bicycle racer. Bruylandts was tested positive for EPO use in 2004 and was banned for 18 months. Following his ban, Bruylandts briefly rode for Unibet.com in 2006 and for the UCI Continental team Klaipėda-Splendid Cyclingteam in 2007. Bruylandts is married to racing cyclist Femke Melis.

Panasonic (cycling team)

Panasonic was a Dutch professional cycling team, sponsored by the Matusishita Corporation, formed in 1984 by team manager Peter Post, when the TI–Raleigh main sponsors, withdrew sponsorship. Some of the riders, followed Jan Raas to his newly formed team, Kwantum Hallen - Decosol. Peter Post retained some riders, and rebuilt his team, with riders, who became one of the most dominant teams, for both classics, and stage races.

Erik Baška Slovak road racing cyclist

Erik Baška is a Slovak road racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Bora–Hansgrohe. He took up cycle racing at the age of 14, initially competing as a mountain biker before branching into road racing at the suggestion of his coach Tibor Velits, uncle of racing cyclists Martin Velits and Peter Velits.

The 1988 Tour of the Basque Country was the 28th edition of the Tour of the Basque Country cycle race and was held from 4 April to 8 April 1988. The race started in Beasain and finished in Otzaurte. The race was won by Erik Breukink of the Panasonic team.

The 2021 UCI Europe Tour is the seventeenth season of the UCI Europe Tour. The 2021 season began on 24 January 2021 with the Clàssica Comunitat Valenciana 1969 - Gran Premio Valencia and ends on 24 October 2021 with the Ronde van Drenthe.
