Her career has spanned more than five decades, beginning in the 1970s as the lead vocalist of the funk band Rufus. Known as the "Queen of Funk", Khan was the first R&B artist to have a crossover hit featuring a rapper, with "I Feel for You" in 1984. Khan has won ten Grammy Awards and has sold an estimated 70 million records worldwide.
Little Birdy were an Australian alternative rock band formed in Perth, Western Australia, in 2002 by singer and guitarist Katy Steele, drummer Matt Chequer, guitarist and keyboardist Simon Leach, and bass guitarist Scott O'Donoghue. They gained public attention when their single "Relapse" gained popularity on alternative radio stations such as Triple J, leading them to be signed by the record label Eleven: A Music Company. Get Scared is an American post-hardcore band from Layton, Utah, United States, formed in 2008. After their formation they released their first EP Cheap Tricks and Theatrics in 2009. A self-titled EP followed several months later in 2010. The band's debut studio album, Best Kind of Mess, was released on July 12, 2011. Following Nicholas Matthews' first departure to join Blacklisted Me, the band released Cheap Tricks and Theatrics B-Sides on December 19, 2011, without any previous announcements. Matthews was replaced by Joel Faviere near the end of 2011. The band's third EP and first with Faviere, Built for Blame, Laced With Shame, was released in 2012; Faviere was kicked out a few months after the EP's release when Matthews rejoined the band. Following Matthews' comeback, the band signed with Fearless Records and released their second full-length album, Everyone's Out To Get Me, on November 11, 2013. The band's third studio album, Demons, was released on October 30, 2015, and marked a departure from the band's post-hardcore sound featured on Built for Blame and Everyone's Out to Get Me in favor of a more metalcore-like sound. Their fourth and final album, The Dead Days, was released on April 19, 2019 amidst a hiatus; it was later stated by vocalist Nicholas Matthews that the band had broken up due to multiple issues between the band members. On March 31, 2022, the band announced a reunion.
Vampires Everywhere! is an American rock band from Los Angeles, California, currently based in Las Vegas, Nevada. They were active from 2009 to 2016. The final lineup consisted of Michael Vampire (vocals), Matti Hoffman and Grey Soto. In 2021, the lead singer Michael Vampire reformed the group and the band signed with Cleopatra Records, releasing "Witch", single from their second EP The Awakening, released in October 2021. The band also announced a new series of tour dates in the fall of 2021. Their name was taken from the film The Lost Boys.
TEMP3ST is an American indie electronic rock band, consisting of award-winning songwriter and producer, Gabrielle Wortman, Christopher Roberts and George Madrid. The band formed in May 2012 after a three-year collaboration between Christopher Roberts and Gabrielle Wortman’s during her solo career. Gabrielle Wortman was named 2012 Sundance Film Festival's "Next Big Thing" on Park City TV, a title previously held by The Civil Wars among others. TEMP3ST independently released their debut EP, i am tempest., under the TEMP3ST band name on June 10, 2012.
Blood on the Dance Floor was an American electronic music group from Orlando, Florida, formed in 2006. The group's longest-standing lineup, from 2009 to 2016, consisted of Jesus David Torres, also known as Dahvie Vanity, and Jayy Von Monroe. The group released nine studio albums before breaking up in 2016 following Von Monroe's departure. It was reformed by Vanity the following year, initially with Fallon Vendetta. After Vendetta's departure, Vanity became the sole member of the group. Since 2019, Vanity has performed under the name Kawaii Monster and most recently the Most Vivid Nightmares.

Her first release was the 5-track Acoustic EP which was released on the iTunes Store on 13 September 2010. Her second EP Never Fade was released on 9 May 2011 and saw Aplin expand her sound, showcasing a more folk rock sound and playing all instruments herself. In April 2011, Aplin was invited to perform for BBC Introducing at Maida Vale Studios, where she played 3 tracks from Never Fade and a cover of the Coldplay song "Fix You". Aplin released her third EP, Home, on 9 January 2012. On 29 February 2012, Aplin announced that she had signed to Parlophone. Aplin was confirmed as the soundtrack to the John Lewis 2012 Christmas television advertisement, covering Frankie Goes to Hollywood's "The Power of Love", the song reached number one on the UK Singles Chart.
Gabriella Sarmiento Wilson, known professionally as H.E.R., is an American R&B singer. After initial music appearances and singles under her real name, Wilson re-emerged in 2016 as H.E.R., releasing her debut EP H.E.R. Volume 1 under RCA, followed by four subsequent EPs. Her first compilation album H.E.R. (2017), consisting of tracks from her first two EPs plus six additional songs, was nominated for five Grammy Awards, winning Best R&B Performance and Best R&B Album.
