Ganiyu Abiodun Johnson is a Nigerian politician and former member of the House of Representatives of Nigeria representing the Oshodi-Isolo II Federal Constituency in Lagos State. [1]
Johnson was first elected into the Nigerian House of Representatives in 2019 to represent the Oshodi-Isolo II Federal Constituency in Lagos State but was defeated in 2023 to Jese Okey-Joe Onuakalusi of the Labour party. [2]
He was Lagos state commissioner for works and infrastructure to Governor Akinwunm Ambode in 2015 before resigning to contest for the House of Representative seat in 2019. [3] [4]

Oshodi-Isolo is a Local Government Area (LGA) within Lagos State. It was formed by the second republic Governor of Lagos State,Alhaji Lateef Kayode Jakande,also known as 'Baba Kekere',and the first Executive Chairman of the Local Government was the late Sir Isaac Ademolu Banjoko. The LGA is part of the Ikeja Division of Lagos State,Nigeria. At the 2006 Census it had a population of 621,509 people,and an area of 45 square kilometers.
