Paul Andrew Davies is an English former professional footballer. Nicknamed "Ocker", he began his career in the Football League with Cardiff City.

They finished bottom of the Second Division after winning only 8 of their 42 league matches and scoring the fewest amount of goals in the league and were relegated to the Third Division South.
