The Ontario Hockey League is one of the three major junior ice hockey leagues which constitute the Canadian Hockey League. The league is for players aged 16–20. There are currently 20 teams in the OHL: seventeen in Ontario, two in Michigan, and one in Pennsylvania.

Brian R. Willsie is a Canadian former professional ice hockey right winger. Willsie was selected by the Colorado Avalanche in the 6th round of the 1996 NHL Entry Draft and played almost 400 games in the National Hockey League with the Avalanche, Washington Capitals and Los Angeles Kings. Willsie currently works in a player development role within the Avalanche organization.

David Gregory Ling is a Canadian former professional ice hockey forward. Ling was selected by the Quebec Nordiques in the 7th round of the 1993 NHL Entry Draft.

Bill LaForge was a Canadian ice hockey coach. LaForge briefly coached the Vancouver Canucks in National Hockey League, but enjoyed more success in junior ice hockey with Western Hockey League and the Ontario Hockey League teams. LaForge was known for his controversial coaching style, intimidation tactics, on-ice brawls, suspensions and fines. Teams he coached were known for physical play, and high scoring. Notable players coached by LaForge in junior ice hockey include; Shayne Corson, Keith Primeau, Dean Evason, Gary Leeman, Tony Tanti, Brad May, Ken Daneyko, Doug Bodger, Garth Butcher, and Rob Brown. LaForge died June 19, 2005, after an apparent heart attack.
Joey Hishon is a Canadian former professional ice hockey centre who played in the National Hockey League (NHL) with the Colorado Avalanche. Hishon was drafted by the Avalanche in the first-round 17th overall in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft. With his career hampered by a long-term concussion, Hishon played within the Avalanche organization for four seasons and a combined total of only sixteen games before spending two years abroad in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) and Swedish Hockey League (SHL) to complete his playing career.

Twenty teams, divided into the Eastern and Western Conferences, played 68 games each during the regular season schedule, which started on September 23, 2010 and ended on March 20, 2011. The playoffs began on March 24, 2011 and ended on May 15, 2011, with the Owen Sound Attack winning the J. Ross Robertson Cup, and a berth in the 2011 Memorial Cup, hosted by the Mississauga St. Michael's Majors of the OHL in Mississauga, Ontario.
Frederick Hamilton is a Canadian former professional ice hockey forward. He played six seasons in the NHL, split between the San Jose Sharks, Colorado Avalanche, Calgary Flames and Arizona Coyotes, and also played internationally for Canada. Hamilton comes from a talented sports family – his younger brother Dougie plays in the NHL for the New Jersey Devils, and their parents, Doug Hamilton and Lynn Hamilton, are former Canadian Olympians.
Nail Railovich Yakupov is a Russian professional ice hockey forward for Avangard Omsk of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). He was selected first overall by the Edmonton Oilers at the 2012 NHL Entry Draft, and also played with the St. Louis Blues and Colorado Avalanche. Due to his draft position, short NHL career and low point totals, Yakupov is widely regarded as one of the biggest draft busts in NHL history.
Douglas Jonathan Hamilton is a Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman for the New Jersey Devils of the National Hockey League (NHL). He previously played in the NHL for the Boston Bruins, Calgary Flames, and Carolina Hurricanes. The Bruins selected him in the first round, ninth overall, of the 2011 NHL entry draft.
Mackenzie Blackwood is a Canadian professional ice hockey goaltender for the Colorado Avalanche of the National Hockey League (NHL). Blackwood was the top-rated North American goaltender ranked in the NHL Central Scouting Bureau's final rankings for the 2015 NHL entry draft. He was selected by the New Jersey Devils in the second round, 42nd overall, in the 2015 NHL entry draft.
Jean-Luc Foudy is a Canadian professional ice hockey forward for the Colorado Eagles of the American Hockey League (AHL) as a prospect to the Colorado Avalanche of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was selected in the third round, 75th overall, by the Avalanche in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft.
Ryan Winterton is a Canadian professional ice hockey centre for the Coachella Valley Firebirds of the American Hockey League (AHL) as a prospect under contract to the Seattle Kraken of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was selected sixty-seventh overall by the Kraken in the 2021 NHL Entry Draft.
