Gary Knecht {born September 29, 1939) is a faculty member at Azusa Pacific University and former college football coach. Knecht has served as an assistant coach at several universities and as the head coach at UC Riverside from 1970 to 1971 and at Walla Walla Community College from 1976 to 1983. During his career as a head coach, Knecht compiled an overall record of six wins, 13 losses and one tie (6–13–1) at Riverside and 52 wins, 19 losses and one tie (52–19–1) at Walla Walla.
In February 1970, Knecht was promoted to the head coach position at Riverside after the resignation of Pete Kettela. [1] In March 1973, Knecht resigned as head coach after he led Riverside to an overall record of six wins, 13 losses and one tie (6–13–1). [2] From Riverside, Knecht served as a defensive assistant at Cal Poly Pomona in 1972 before he was hired as the linebackers coach at Idaho in February 1973. [3]
He stayed at Idaho through the 1975 season before he resigned in February 1976 to become the head coach at Walla Walla Community College. [4] At Walla Walla, Knecht led the Warriors to an overall record of 52 wins, 19 losses and one tie (52–19–1) during his tenure as head coach from 1976 through 1983. [5] In 1984, he served as athletic director at Walla Walla before he was hired at Oregon State as an assistant coach in 1985. [5] Knecht finished his coaching career at Azusa Pacific where he served as defensive coordinator from the 1995 through 2003 seasons.

Michael Joseph Riley is an American football coach who was most recently the head coach of the New Jersey Generals of the United States Football League (USFL). He has previously served as the head coach of two college football programs: Oregon State and Nebraska (2015–2017). Riley has also been the head coach of teams in four different professional leagues: the Canadian Football League (CFL), World League of American Football (WLAF), National Football League (NFL), and Alliance of American Football (AAF). He played college football for the Alabama Crimson Tide in the 1970s.

Dennis Brian Erickson is an American football coach who most recently served as the head coach for the Salt Lake Stallions of the Alliance of American Football (AAF) league. He was also the head coach at the University of Idaho, the University of Wyoming (1986), Washington State University (1987–1988), the University of Miami (1989–1994), Oregon State University (1999–2002), and Arizona State University (2007–2011). Bobby Gene Bartow was an American men's college basketball coach. The Browning, Missouri, native coached 36 years at six universities after coaching two high schools in Missouri for six years. In 1972 Bartow coached the Puerto Rico national basketball team in the 1972 Munich Olympic Games.

Jim Criner is a former American football player and coach. He was the head coach at Boise State University from 1976 to 1982 and at Iowa State University from 1983 to 1986, compiling a career record of 76–46–3 (.620) as a college football head coach. Criner was also the head coach of the NFL Europe's Scottish Claymores from 1995 to 2000, and the short-lived XFL's Las Vegas Outlaws in 2001. Criner has also been head coach in the French league Ligue Élite de Football Américain.
Demosthenes Konstandies Andrecopoulos was an American college football player, coach, and athletics administrator. He was the head coach at the University of Idaho from 1962 to 1964 and Oregon State University from 1965 to 1975, compiling a career record of 62–80–2 (.438). A native of Oklahoma and a World War II veteran, Andros played college football as a guard at the University of Oklahoma. After retiring from coaching, he was the athletic director at Oregon State from 1976 to 1985.
Anthony Joseph Knap was an American football coach. He was the head coach at Utah State University (1963–1966), Boise State University (1968–1975), and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (1976–1981). He compiled a career college football record of 143–53–4 (.725). Knap also worked as a high school teacher and coach, and served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.

Barry John Shollenberger is a retired American baseball and football coach. During his career, Shollenberger worked in both sports while with Tampa Bay Technical High School from 1965 to 1973. In college baseball, Shollenberger started out with the Alabama Crimson Tide baseball team as an assistant coach in 1974. He then became the head coach for the Middle Georgia Junior College team in 1976. As the head coach for Western Kentucky University from 1977 to 1979, Shollenberger had 77 wins, 64 losses and 3 ties.
