Day has released two albums, Freedom Paradise and Beautiful Dangerous, and placed music on numerous television programmes including most recently The Hills . [2] She is also a co-founder of LaLa Music. [3] and runs the Day/Lee Show with fellow expatriate Eileen Lee. [4]
In 2007, Gayle and Miria, with Gilli Moon's Warrior Girl Music, co-produced the Los Angeles Women's Music Festival, the first festival of its kind in the Los Angeles area.
In addition to being a producer and performer at the first Los Angeles Women's Music Festival, [5] [6] Day was pregnant during the Festival, and gave birth to a daughter in May 2008. [7]

Having adopted the current sports format on October 1, 2005, KWKW is the Spanish language flagship station for multiple Los Angeles professional sports franchises including the Rams, Lakers, Clippers, Kings, Angels and the LA Galaxy. KWKW itself is Southern California's oldest Spanish language radio station, having begun operations in 1941 at 1430AM and licensed to Pasadena and transferring to 1300AM—also based in Pasadena—in 1950. KWKW's programming and call sign moved to 1330AM from 1300AM in 1989 following Lotus' acquisition of the former and sale of the latter.
