Generalfjella is a mountain group in Haakon VII Land at Spitsbergen, Svalbard. It is located east of Krossfjorden, between the bay of Tinayrebukta and the glacier of D'Arodesbreen. The mountain group is named after Norwegian army general Ole Hansen. [1] [2]
Among the mountains of the group are Tverrkammen, Ole Hansenkammen and Austflanken. [1]
The Svalbard Rocket Range or SvalRak as it is named, is a launch site for sounding rockets at Ny-Ålesund in Svalbard, Norway. The site has been in use since 1997 and is owned by Andøya Space Center, which is owned by the Norwegian Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries and the Kongsberg Group. SvalRak's location at the 79th parallel north makes it well-suited for launching rockets to investigate Earth's magnetic field. It is used mostly by American, Japanese and Norwegian researchers. It is the world's northernmost launch site.

Klinckowströmfjorden is the eastern branch of Raudfjorden at Spitsbergen, Svalbard, on the divide between Albert I Land and Haakon VII Land. It is named after Swedish zoologist Axel Klinckowström. The glacier Raudfjordbreen debouches into the fjord. The peninsula Buchananhalvøya separates Klinckowströmfjorden from the western fjord branch Ayerfjorden. The mountain Ben Nevis is located southeast of the fjord.
Woodfjorddalen is a valley in Andrée Land at Spitsbergen, Svalbard. It forms a southeastward continuation of the fjord Woodfjorden. The upper part of the valley is covered by the glacier Abrahamsenbreen. At the lower part of the valley is the flat sand and clay area Poninskiøyra and the hill Tantalushaugen. A side valley to the south is Piræusdalen, six kilometers from the head of Woodfjorden. North of the valley is the mountain group Vaktarfjella, with a length of about eleven kilometers.
Vaktarfjella is a mountain group in Andrée Land at Spitsbergen, Svalbard. It has an extension of about eleven kilometers, and is located north of the valley Woodfjorddalen. The highest summit in the group is Vaktaren, with a height of 1,227 m.a.s.l. The northwestern mountain in the group is Kapp Ringertz.
Foreltinden is a mountain in Haakon VII Land at Spitsbergen, Svalbard. It reaches a height of 1,275 m.a.s.l., and is located east of Tinayrebukta in Krossfjorden, between Målarryggen and Forelryggen. The mountain is named after Swiss glaciologist and limnologist François-Alphonse Forel.
Forelryggen is a mountain ridge in Haakon VII Land at Spitsbergen, Svalbard. The ridge reaches a height of 1,095 m.a.s.l., and is located between the glaciers of Fjortende Julibreen and Hakebreen. The mountain peak of Foreltinden is located between the ridges of Forelryggen and Målarryggen.

It belongs to the mountain group of Generalfjella, along with Tverrkammen and Austflanken. The mountain is named after Norwegian army general Ole Hansen.
Ole Hansen, GCVO was a Norwegian army officer. He was born in Enebakk. He was Commanding General of the Norwegian Army from 1903 to 1910, with the rank of lieutenant general. He was decorated Knight in 1896, Commander in 1904, and with the Grand Cross of the Order of St. Olav in 1910. He received the Grand Cross of the Danish Order of the Dannebrog, and an honorary knighthood of the British Royal Victorian Order.
Kollerfjorden is a bay in Haakon VII Land at Spitsbergen, Svalbard. It is located in the inner part of Krossfjorden, at the eastern side. The bay is named after Norwegian topographer Alfred Koller. At the eastern side of Kollerfjorden is the point of Speidarneset, and to the south the bay ends at Regnardneset. There are anchoring conditions for vessels both at the north side and the south side of the bay.

The mountain of Snødomen is located between the glaciers of Mayerbreen and Tinayrebreen.
Mathiesenfjella is a mountain group in Oscar II Land at Spitsbergen, Svalbard. The group is named after Norwegian businessman Haaken L. Mathiesen.
Hedgehogfjellet is a mountain in Sørkapp Land at Spitsbergen, Svalbard. It has a height of 615 m.a.s.l. The mountain is situated south of Tvillingtoppen, between the sea and the glacier of Hedgehogfonna.
