Gerry McGowan is Gaelic football coach and former player. He played for the Tourlestrane club and the Sligo county team.

He won a Connacht Senior Football Championship with his county as a player in 2007. [1]

McGowan served as a Sligo selector under the management of Cathal Corey in 2018. [2]

With Eamonn O'Hara, he was joint manager of the Tourlestrane club that completed five consecutive Sligo Senior Football Championship titles in September 2020. He joined Clare manager Colm Collins's backroom team as a coach ahead of the 2021 season. [3] He had left Clare by the end of the 2022 season. [4]

In November 2022, it was announced that McGowan would be joining the Roscommon management team of Davy Burke. [5]

Paul Durcan is an Irish Gaelic footballer and coach who plays as goalkeeper for Drumcliffe–Rosses Point and the Donegal county team.

Tourlestrane is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based along the Sligo-Mayo border in south County Sligo, comprising the parish of the same name.

Brendan Hackett is a Gaelic football manager, sports psychologist and former chief executive officer of Athletics Ireland, who is currently managing Ballymun Kickhams. He previously managed the Longford, Offaly and Westmeath county teams during the 1980s, 1990s, 2000s and 2010s. He has also trained the Ireland international rules football team and worked with numerous county teams as a psychologist during the 21st century.

The 2021–22 All-Ireland Senior Club Football Championship was the 51st staging of the All-Ireland Senior Club Football Championship, the Gaelic Athletic Association's premier inter-county club football tournament. It was the first club championship to be organised in two years as the 2020-21 championship was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The championship began on 21 November 2021 and ended on 12 February 2022.

Tony McEntee is a Gaelic football manager and former player. He has managed the senior Sligo county team since 2020.

Mick Bohan is the current Ladies' Gaelic football manager of the Dublin county ladies' football team.
