The Haunting of Hill House is an American supernatural horror drama television miniseries created and directed by Mike Flanagan, produced by Amblin Television and Paramount Television, for Netflix, and serves as the first entry in The Haunting anthology series. It is loosely based on the 1959 novel of the same name by Shirley Jackson. The plot alternates between two timelines, following five adult siblings whose paranormal experiences at Hill House continue to haunt them in the present day, and flashbacks depicting events leading up to the eventful night in 1992 when the family fled from the mansion. Mercy Black is a 2019 American horror film written and directed by Owen Egerton. It stars Daniella Pineda as a woman who is released from a psychiatric hospital 15 years after stabbing a classmate because of an urban legend about a ghost known as Mercy Black. After her nephew Bryce becomes obsessed with the same ghost, she comes to believe the ghost may be real. Austin Amelio and Janeane Garofalo appear in supporting roles. The Influence is a 2019 Spanish horror film directed by Denis Rovira van Boekholt in his feature directorial debut. The film stars Manuela Vellés, Alain Hernández, Maggie Civantos and Claudia Placer. The film is based on the adaptation from a novel with the same title The Influence, written by popular English novelist Ramsey Campbell in 1988. The film was streamed via Netflix on 11 October 2019 and opened to mixed reviews from critics.

The film stars Thanapob Leeratanakajorn, Nattarat Nopparatayapon, Ploy Horwang, Siraphun Wattanajinda, Violette Wautier and Chutimon Chuengcharoensukying.
Plerng Prang Tian is a 2019 Thai lakorn. The lakorn is based on a novel written by หัสวีร์. It was directed by วรวิทย์ ศรีสุภาพ and produced by Good Feeling. It starred Pongsakorn Mettarikanon, Nuttanicha Dungwattanawanich, Nattasha Bunprachom, and Nawasch Phupantachsee. It was aired on Channel 3.
