Gia Nikvashvili (born 19 May 1994), is a Georgian futsal player who plays for Marsaskala Legends. He started his career as a football player with Dinamo Tbilisi and later played for Lokomotivi Tbilisi. [1] [2] He also represented Georgia national futsal team and made his name in Malta playing for some of the country’s most notable clubs, including Valletta, Luxol [3] , UOM [4] , and the most recently Ħamrun SC Futsal NCMB. [5] [6]
In the 2018-19 season Nikvashvili scored 23 goals for Valletta. [7]
On June 2025, after winning the Challenger Cup with Ħamrun, Nikvashvili was announced the best foreign player of the Challenger League. [8]
