Gift Motupa (born 23 September 1994) is a South African professional soccer player who plays as a midfielder for South African Premier Division side Mamelodi Sundowns.
Motupa started his career at Baroka before joining Orlando Pirates in 2015. [3] He spent the 2017–18 season on loan at Baroka. [4]
He was sold to Chippa United in May 2018, but was sold to Bidvest Wits in July 2018 without playing a single match for Chippa United. [4]
He joined Mamelodi Sundowns on a five-year contract in September 2020. [5]

The 2012 Telkom Knockout is a football (soccer) knockout competition which comprised the 16 teams in the South African Premier Soccer League. It was the 21st tournament, and the 7th under the Telkom Knockout name. The tournament is effectively South Africa's league cup, as entry is open only to clubs in the top league. The cup is usually played in the first half of the season. The tournament began on 17 October and ended on 1 December 2012.
