Gingerbread Man Records is a British record label, founded by British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran, formed as a deal with WMG.
In March 2015, Sheeran revealed his plans to establish Gingerbread Man Records through a deal with Warner Music Group. [1] The label, as well as a dedicated YouTube channel, launched three months later. [2] The label's first release was 5, which was a compilation of five EPs that Sheeran independently released before his debut album.
The label's first signee was Jamie Lawson, whom Sheeran had previously met while playing in London's folk circuit. [3] On 9 October 2015, Gingerbread Man Records released Lawson self-titled fourth album, which achieved a number one position on the UK Albums Chart. [4] He also signed Foy Vance that same year. [5] The label signed Maisie Peters in 2021 [6] [7] As of 2023, Ed Sheeran himself is signed to the label, with Autumn Variations being his first studio album on the label.
Foy Best Vance is a British musician and singer-songwriter from Northern Ireland, signed to Ed Sheeran's Gingerbread Man record label. Vance has toured as a support act to British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran and his music has been featured on numerous TV shows. In August 2013 he released his second full-length album, Joy of Nothing, which was produced by Irish producer and arranger Michael Keeney and was met with critical praise, being called "a gorgeous collection of open, uplifting songs, which showcase [Vance's] magnificent songwriting skills." In May 2016, his third studio album The Wild Swan, produced and mixed by Jacquire King, was released and it was announced that Vance would support Elton John on selected tour dates in June and Josh Groban in July and August.
John McDaid is a singer, songwriter, musician, and record producer from Northern Ireland. He is a member of the band Snow Patrol and has written songs with artists including Ed Sheeran, P!nk, and Robbie Williams.
Edward Christopher Sheeran is an English singer-songwriter. Born in Halifax, West Yorkshire, and raised in Framlingham, Suffolk, he began writing songs around the age of eleven. In early 2011, Sheeran independently released the extended play No. 5 Collaborations Project. He signed with Asylum Records the same year.

Autumn Variations is the seventh studio album by English singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran. It was released on 29 September 2023 through his record label, Gingerbread Man Records. All tracks on the album were solely produced by Aaron Dessner, except the track "Spring", which was produced by Dessner together with his twin brother Bryce. The album also serves as Sheeran's second project of 2023, following the May release of his previous album -, and is the first studio album for which he owns the copyright.
