The Giro delle Marche was a single-day road cycling race held annually in Marche, Italy from 1941 to 1942 and from 1968 to 1976. [1]
Gösta Artur Roland Pettersson is a retired Swedish cyclist. As an amateur, he competed in the individual and team road events at the 1960, 1964 and 1968 Olympics and won one silver and two bronze medals, in 1964 and 1968. In 1968 he also took part in two track events: individual and team 4000 m pursuit.

Mario Vicini was an Italian professional road bicycle racer. Vicini won the 1939 Italian road race championship, as well as the Giro del Lazio and the Giro di Toscana. He rode the Tour de France twice, finishing 2nd and 6th. In the Giro d'Italia, Vicini won 3 stages, and finished third in 1939. He later went on to build racing bicycles, simply named "Vicini", using top of the line components. You can tell his frame and fork sets by the Vicini name stamped into the top end of the seat stay flutes and the V in the top of each side of the fork crown.
Serge Parsani is an Italian former professional road bicycle racer, who won one stage in the 1979 Tour de France. Currently, he is a sports director of Team Katusha.
The 1921 Giro d'Italia was the 9th edition of the Giro d'Italia, a cycling race organized and sponsored by the newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport. The race began on 25 May in Milan with a stage that stretched 333 km (207 mi) to Merano, finishing back in Milan on 12 June after a 305 km (190 mi) stage and a total distance covered of 3,107 km (1,931 mi). The race was won by the Italian rider Giovanni Brunero of the Legnano team. Second and third respectively were the Italian riders Gaetano Belloni and Bartolomeo Aymo.
Alexandr Shefer is a former Kazakh racing cyclist. He was a professional racer from 1993 to 2003. He is the brother of Viktor Shefer, who was also a professional cyclist. Shefer was a coach for Astana from 2007 to 2009, the team of Alexander Vinokourov, alongside team director Belgian Johan Bruyneel.
