Glendon Andrews (born 11 February 1945) is an English former professional footballer who played as a right back and forward in the Football League for Bradford (Park Avenue). [1] [2]

Wiliam A. Cann (1882–1958) was an Australian rugby league footballer who played in the 1900s who later wrote for The Sydney Morning Herald. A New South Wales state and Australia national representative lock forward, he has been named as one of the nation's finest footballers of the 20th century. Cann played his club football for South Sydney with whom he won the 1914 NSWRFL Premiership. In 1907 he played for New South Wales in the first rugby match run by the newly created 'New South Wales Rugby Football League' which had just split away from the established New South Wales Rugby Football Union. Cann was also a long-term administrator at Souths and a football journalist.
Ian Edmund Andrews is an English former footballer who played as a goalkeeper in the Football League for Leicester City, Swindon Town, Leeds United, Southampton and AFC Bournemouth, and in the Scottish Premier Division for Celtic. He was capped by England at under-21 level. His last appearance in the League was for Bournemouth in 1996, but while working for Leicester City as goalkeeping coach and physiotherapist, he was an unused substitute as late as the 2001–02 season. In 2004, he joined TeamBath as physiotherapist.

The 2008 Football League Trophy Final was the 25th final of the domestic football cup competition for teams from Football Leagues One and Two, the Football League Trophy. The final was played at Wembley Stadium in London on 30 March 2008, the first time that the final had been staged at the stadium since it was rebuilt. The match was contested by Grimsby Town and Milton Keynes Dons. MK Dons won the match 2–0 with Keith Andrews and Sean O'Hanlon scoring the goals in the final 20 minutes.
