Global Conversations is a public affairs show produced by Nine Media Corporation which has been broadcast by CNN Philippines since 2015 which talks about some of the international issues from CNN programs like The Situation Room hosted by Wolf Blitzer, Anderson Cooper 360 hosted by Anderson Cooper, Amanpour hosted by Christiane Amanpour and many others. It is hosted by Mai Rodriguez.

The program ended on August 26, 2016. [1] Its format was carried over by Global Newsroom, which was launched four months prior to cancellation (April 11), while its timeslot was occupied by reruns of The Source.

Anderson Hays Cooper is an American broadcast journalist and political commentator currently anchoring the CNN news broadcast show Anderson Cooper 360°. In addition to his duties at CNN, Cooper serves as a correspondent for 60 Minutes on CBS News. After graduating from Yale University with a Bachelor of Arts in 1989, he began traveling the world, shooting footage of war-torn regions for Channel One News. Cooper was hired by ABC News as a correspondent in 1995, but he soon took more jobs throughout the network, working for a short time as a co-anchor, reality game show host, and fill-in morning talk show host.

The Edward R. Murrow Forum on Issues in Journalism is an annual event held at Tufts University. It is sponsored by the Film and Media Studies Program (FMS) at Tufts University, the Edward R. Murrow Center for the Advancement of Public Diplomacy, and the Jonathan M. Tisch College of Citizenship and Public Service. Dedicated to illuminating aspects of the many contributions Edward R. Murrow made to journalism and public diplomacy, the Forum brings together interdisciplinary panels to reflect on Murrow’s legacy and relate it to contemporary issues in journalism. The Forum debuted in 2006 with former Nightline host Ted Koppel serving as the keynote speaker and moderator examining the contemporary state of the news business. In 2007 retired CBS News anchor Dan Rather led a panel discussing the coverage of war and conflicts. In 2008 former NBC Nightly News anchor Tom Brokaw and panelists explored the current state of political coverage. He is host of the CNN series "Suddenly Family - DNA Discoveries with Samuel Burke." He's also hosted the program iReport in English and the Cyber Café daily on the Spanish-language morning program CafeCNN. Previously, he served as producer for war correspondent Christiane Amanpour. In 2014, he won an Outstanding Entertainment Program Emmy Award for his reports on the technology show CLIX. In 2016, he won the Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Morning Program for his role hosting Café CNN.
