History

GlobeSt was launched in September 2000 by Real Estate Media Inc. under CEO Jonathan Schein. [1] [2]

In April 2005, Real Estate Media was acquired by ALM. [3]

In May 2025, ALM completed the corporate spin-off of Touchpoint Markets, which owns ThinkAdvisor, BenefitsPRO, PropertyCasualty360, GlobeSt, and Credit Union Times. [4] In July 2025, Arc Networks, owned by EagleTree Capital, acquired TouchPoint Markets. [5] [6]
