In November 2020, Hony Capital left the business and the group restructure completed, help cutting the casual dining chain's debt by more than £400 million.

ASK, also known as ASK Italian is a British casual dining restaurant chain that serves Italian cuisine in 120 locations in the UK.

Famously Proper Limited, trading as Byron, is a British restaurant chain offering a casual dining service with a focus on burgers. The chain was founded in 2007 by Tom Byng. In July 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic in the United Kingdom, the chain closed outlets as part of a deal transferring 21 remaining sites and 551 staff to a new owner, Calveton UK.

Hutton Collins Partners is a London-based private equity firm founded in 2002 by Graham Hutton and Matthew Collins, who are both partners in the firm. They own a stake in the Byron Hamburgers chain, which was purchased for £100 million in October 2013 from Gondola Group.

Collins Foods Limited is a publicly-listed Australian company focused in restaurant operations. It either operates or franchises restaurants from three brands — Sizzler, KFC and Taco Bell — in Australia, Germany, the Netherlands, Thailand and Japan. It previously owned the US-based Sizzler restaurants, Snag Stand in Australia, and was the majority-owner of the Pat & Oscar's in the US.
