Gonzaga College is a coeducational, Jesuit school, primary through high school, presently situated in Barrio San Jose in Maracaibo, Venezuela. It was founded by the Society of Jesus in 1945.
The College was founded on 1 October 1945 and named for St. Aloysius Gonzaga. From 1945 to 1966 it was situated at Av. Delicias. It was all-boy and included the spectrum of social backgrounds in its student body. At the start all the teachers were Jesuits. In 1966 it moved to Av. El Milagro at lakeshore and started admitting girls. The number of lay teachers increased. In 1975, in response to the Jesuit "option for the poor" following the Second Vatican Council of Bishops in the Catholic Church, the school moved to the heart of Barrio San Jose and Cañada Honda.[ citation needed ]
Gonzaga University (GU) is a private, Catholic university in Spokane, Washington. It is accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities. Founded in 1887 by Joseph Cataldo, an Italian-born priest and missionary with the Society of Jesus, the university is named for the young Jesuit saint Aloysius Gonzaga. The campus houses 105 buildings on 152 acres of grassland alongside the Spokane River, in a residential setting a half-mile (800 m) from downtown Spokane.

Founded by the Jesuits in 1821 as the Washington Seminary, Gonzaga is named in honor of St. Aloysius Gonzaga, an Italian saint from the 16th century. The Ateneo de Zamboanga University, also referred to by its acronym AdZU is a private Catholic Coeducational basic and higher education institution run by the Philippines Province of the Society of Jesus in Zamboanga City, Zamboanga del Sur, Philippines. AdZU began in 1912 as Escuela Catolica, a parochial school run by Spanish Jesuits. It is the second oldest Jesuit school in the Philippines and the second Jesuit school to be named Ateneo. It initially offered primary and secondary education for boys. It became a college in 1952 and a university in August 2001. It operates in three campuses. The main campus located in La Purisima Street is where the tertiary and senior high school departments are located and the annex campus in Barangay Tumaga, outside Zamboanga City proper, is where the junior high school and grade school units are located. The third and newest campus is the Lantaka Campus located in N. S. Valderroza St. Zamboanga City. This campus was a former resort hotel which was repurposed by the AdZU. It is now being used for educational, spiritual, religious, and social development purposes.
Ocós is a municipality in the San Marcos Department of Guatemala. The Spanish missions in Baja California were a large number of religious outposts established by Catholic religious orders, the Jesuits, the Franciscans and the Dominicans, between 1683 and 1834 to spread the Christian doctrine among the Native Americans or Indians living on the Baja California peninsula. The missions gave Spain a valuable toehold in the frontier land, and introduced European livestock, fruits, vegetables, and industry into the region. It was founded by the Jesuits in 1961. The main campus is in Zone 16 of Guatemala City and is known as Vista Hermosa III. There are satellite campuses in Quetzaltenango, Huehuetenango, Cobán, Zacapa, and other parts of the country. Many recent Guatemalan presidents have studied at the university, including Ramiro de León Carpio, Álvaro Arzú, and Óscar Berger.

Colegio San José is a private Catholic school located in Arequipa, Peru. The school was founded in 1898 by the Society of Jesus (Jesuits) and provides instruction at the preschool, primary, and secondary levels. It is a selective school that excels in academics and athletics. Among 2,439 in Peru, it is one of 22 which have received an "excellent" rating. It has the second largest campus of all the schools in Perú, and it is also the second oldest school in town, after Sagrados Corazones. Neil Gerard McCluskey, a former Jesuit Catholic priest known as Reverend Neil Gerard McCluskey, S.J. from 1938 to 1975, was a prominent voice for Catholic Education in the United States in the time of Vatican II. McCluskey wrote the famous Land O'Lakes Statement, as a member of the committee headed by Fr. Theodore Hesburgh. McCluskey was also the last surviving nephew of Blessed Solanus Casey.
