The President Pro Tempore of the Senate becomes the Lieutenant Governor of Pennsylvania in the event of the sitting Lieutenant Governor's removal, resignation or death. In this case the President Pro Tempore and Lieutenant Governor would be the same person. The Pennsylvania Senate has been meeting since 1791.

Baseline Road is a major east-west street in Boulder, Colorado that extends east of the city through parts of four counties. The western terminus of Baseline Road is at Flagstaff Mountain in the City of Boulder Mountain Parks. The eastern terminus is at 16800 Watkins Road, about 6 miles (9.7 km) east of Lochbuie on the boundary between Adams and Weld Counties. The total length of Baseline Road is approximately 38 miles (61 km), all of which is within the Denver-Aurora-Boulder Combined Statistical Area in Colorado. Village of Cross Keys is a privately owned upscale area of Baltimore, Maryland. It is located off Maryland Route 25 between Northern Parkway and Coldspring Lane, and is home to luxury condos and upscale small shops. Baltimore financier and mall developer James Rouse, founder of The Rouse Company, purchased the Frederick Law Olmsted, Jr.-designed Baltimore Country Club Golf Course near his Roland Park, Baltimore home for $1,700,000 in 1963, site unseen. The 5,000-person village was built on the historic property in 1965. Micheal D. Spear was the development director, later becoming CEO of the Rouse Company. It was the first in a series of planned communities developed by Rouse. Office space was occupied by Rouse until the company moved to its next development in Columbia. The retail component of the village has declined with competition from Towson Town Center to the north and Harbor East to the South. The retail property was acquired by Ashkenazy Acquisition Corp in 2012.

The Astor building at 235 West 75th Street is a grey-brick building that fronts on Broadway between 75th and 76th Streets on the Upper West Side in New York City. It consists of two 8-story wings that were erected by William Waldorf Astor II in 1909 and a 12-story wing that was built four years later on the northern section of the site. Clinton and Russell was the architect for the low-rise wings and Peabody, Wilson & Brown did the taller tower. All three wings are connected at the base and have gray brick facades above a limestone base. The buildings are also distinguished by limestone quoins.
The North Nashua River is a river in northern Massachusetts. It rises from the Whitman River and Phillips Brook west of Fitchburg and Westminster. It flows 19.9 miles (32.0 km), generally southeastward, past Fitchburg and joins the South Nashua River, about 5 miles (8.0 km) below its issuance from the Wachusett Reservoir, to form the Nashua River.
Flushing Fields is a public park in the northern section of the Flushing neighborhood of Queens, New York. The site of this park was purchased by the Memorial Field of Flushing Corporation in 1921 at what was at the time open farmland. From its beginning, the park served as the home field for the softball, football and track teams from Flushing High School. The name of the park and monument at its southern section honor residents of Flushing killed in the First World War.
