Air Vice Marshal Graham Skinner, CBE (born 1945) is a retired Royal Air Force officer.
Educated at Hampton School, the University of Bristol and Loughborough University, Skinner joined the Royal Air Force in 1963. [1] He served at Strike Command during the Gulf War and went on to be Director of Logistics Policy and then Director of in-service support for the Tornado and Typhoon programmes before becoming Commander-in-Chief of Logistics Command in September 1999. [1] He left the post in October 1999 on the disbandment of the command. [2] In retirement he became Clerk of the Worshipful Company of Engineers. [3]
In 1969 Skinner married Margaret; they have a son and a daughter. [1]

Larry Oneil Spencer is a retired United States Air Force general who served in many command, comptroller, and leadership roles during the course of his career. Some of his leadership roles included being the Vice Chief of Staff of the United States Air Force, commander of the 75th Air Base Wing at Hill AFB, commander of the 72nd Support Group at Tinker AFB, and the commander of the 4th Comptroller Squadron at Seymour Johnson AFB. He retired 1 October 2015 after more than 44 years of service. Robins Air Force Base is a major United States Air Force installation located in Houston County, Georgia, United States.
