The Grand Prix Bradlo was a cycling race held annually in Slovakia. It was part of UCI Europe Tour in category 2.2. [1]
Slovakia, officially the Slovak Republic, is a landlocked country in Central Europe. Ivan Stević is a Serbian professional road bicycle racer, who last rode for the Start–Vaxes Cycling Team. He turned professional in 2005, riding for the Aerospace Engineering-VMG squad, before joining Toyota-United in 2006. In that year, he won the Serbian National Championship.
Edwig Van Hooydonck is a former professional road racing cyclist from Belgium. He won the prestigious Tour of Flanders twice and Brabantse Pijl four times. He retired from professional cycling because he felt he could no longer compete with other cyclists, who were at the time starting to dope themselves, without himself cheating too. At this time Erythropoietin (EPO) was becoming a widely used doping agent in the sport.
Peter Velits is a retired Slovak professional road racing cyclist. His career highlights include third place overall and a stage win at the 2010 Vuelta a España, the 2007 World Under-23 Road Race Championships gold and the 2012 Tour of Oman overall victory. Velits is also known as strong time-trialist, winning three consecutive team time trials as a part of Omega Pharma–Quick-Step in 2012 and 2013 and riding on the BMC Racing Team in 2014 UCI Road World Championships. His twin brother, Martin Velits rides for Etixx–Quick-Step, having raced on the same teams every year until the end of the 2013 season.

Maciej Bodnar is a Polish professional road racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Bora–Hansgrohe. He is the brother of fellow racing cyclist Łukasz Bodnar.
Elkov–Author is a UCI Continental road bicycle racing team based in Czech Republic and participates in UCI Europe Tour. The sponsors of the team are Elkov, an electrical company, and Author, a bicycle manufacturer. The team was one of the best cycling teams before the lifting of the Iron Curtain. The team became professional in 2000. The best known riders for the team were Alois Kaňkovský and Tomáš Bucháček.
