The Western Bridge and Construction Company, located in Omaha, Nebraska, was one of the foremost bridge engineering and manufacturing companies in the Midwestern United States. Several of their bridges are now listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Their headquarters were located in the Bee Building in Downtown Omaha.
The Frawley Ranch is an historic ranch in Lawrence County, South Dakota, near Spearfish, South Dakota. Henry Frawley developed what became the largest and most successful cattle ranch in western South Dakota by purchasing lands that had failed as smaller homesteading parcels. The property was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1977.

The Chamberlain Bridge, is a historic bridge connecting the towns of Chamberlain and Oacoma across the Missouri River and Lake Francis Case in Brule County, South Dakota. The bridge was originally completed in 1925 and carried U.S. Route 16 (US 16) over the Missouri River.
Rock Rapids United Methodist Church, formerly known as First Methodist Church, is located in Rock Rapids, Iowa, United States. The church building is significant for the use of blue-gray and red granite used in its construction. It was designed by Sioux Falls, South Dakota architect Joseph Schwartz utilizing the Richardsonian Romanesque style. Completed in 1896, it is the second church building for a congregation founded in the 1870s. The blue-gray granite quarried near Sioux Falls is the main building material, and it is laid in a random ashlar pattern. The red granite was acquired from the receiver of a bankrupt packing plant which had begun, but did not complete, a new stone building. It is used for the trim, especially in the voussoirs of alternating colors. The building also features a tall corner bell tower. The pipe organ was ordered from the Hinners Organ Company of Pekin, Illinois in January 1905 at a cost of $1,960. An addition was added to the south side of the church in 1966. The church was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.
The South Dakota Dept. of Transportation Bridge No. 20-153-210 is a historic bridge in Deuel County, South Dakota. It carries 187th Street across Cobb Creek, about 2 miles (3.2 km) east of Brandt. It is a single-span Pratt pony truss bridge, 71 feet (22 m) in length, resting on steel pilings with metal wing walls. It has corrugated metal decking resting on I-beam stringers. The bridge was built in 1908, and was originally located at a site in Herrick Township. Moved to its present location in 1960, it is the only known surviving bridge in Deuel County built by the Security Bridge Company, which held county contracts for bridge construction between 1907 and 1913.
The Middletown Springs Historic District encompasses most of the village center of Middletown Springs, Vermont. Oriented around the crossroads junction of Vermont Routes 140 and 133, the village has a well-preserved collection of mainly mid-19th century architecture, including a significant number of Italianate buildings. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

The South Dakota Department of Transportation Bridge No. 63-197-130 is a historic bridge in rural Turner County, South Dakota, carrying 281st Street across the East Fork Vermillion River north of Davis. Built in 1906, it is the oldest surviving bridge built for the county by the Iowa Bridge Company. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999.

Civilian Conservation Corp Camp F-10, also called the Rockerville Civilian Conservation Corp Camp, is a historic district on Silver Mountain Road, 15 miles (24 km) southwest of Rapid City, South Dakota. Between 1933 and 1935, it functioned as a base camp for Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) workers who were employed on multiple construction and forestry projects in the area during the Great Depression. The camp was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2004; three buildings and the remains of a fireplace are included in the listing.

The Sioux Falls Light and Power Hydro Electric Plant, formerly the Northern States Power Building, is a historic building in Falls Park in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Originally built as a hydroelectric power plant on the Big Sioux River, it now houses the Falls Overlook Cafe. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1993.
