Televisión Nacional de Chile (TVN) is a Chilean public service broadcaster. It was founded by order of President Eduardo Frei Montalva and it was launched nationwide on 24 October 1969. Since then, the company has been reorganized on several occasions and its operations areas have increased over the years, becoming one of the leading television broadcaster in Chile and South America. The law 17 377 of 1970 established that TVN must be a public, autonomous, pluralistic and representative public service. In 2018 changes were introduced in his public mission with the adoption of the act 21 085 that determined the obligation to promote the national cultural identity, the values of democracy, human rights, care for the environment and respect for diversity. Furthermore, TVN governs the programming of its services according to criteria established by the National Television Council (CNTV).

TVN24 is a Polish 24-hour commercial infotainment channel, launched on 9 August 2001. Being a part of the TVN Network, TVN24 has been owned since July 2017 by US-based TV content provider Discovery. It gained broader popularity after the September 11, 2001 attacks in the USA, which was the first major incident to be covered by TVN24. It is available over all digital platforms in Poland as well as in most cable networks and some networks in other countries, including USA and Germany. The audio portion of the channel can be streamed on the internet.
TVN International or iTVN is a Polish pay television channel that was launched on April 2004. It is part of the TVN network and is owned by Scripps Networks Interactive. It is aimed at the Polish diaspora living abroad, mainly in Europe and North America. Noticias Caracol is the name for all the national newscast from the news division of Caracol Televisión which carries the same name. It is broadcast four times on weekdays and twice on weekends. In January 2015 the new director is Juan Roberto Vargas and the second director is Alberto Medina Lopez.
24 Horas is a Chilean newscast television program, broadcast by Televisión Nacional de Chile since 1990. It started airing after the return to democracy, when it was decided to give a new look to the newscast. The program is the successor to the newscast Noticias, which in turn replaced TV Noticias.
X Factor was a Polish talent show based on a British show The X Factor and broadcast on TVN. The first series premiered on 6 March 2011. On 27 November 2010, during the final of the third series of Poland's Got Talent Marcin Prokop confirmed that the auditions would be held in January 2011. That was also the first public statement from TVN about X Factor.
Poranek TVN24, since 2009 known as Wstajesz i Wiesz, is a Polish morning news show broadcast on TVN24. It was first aired on 10 August 2001 and since 6 January 2007 it airs also at weekends. The programme is currently presented by Jarosław Kuźniar, who hosts it from Monday to Thursday and Marcin Żebrowski who is on air from Friday to Sunday. The news is presented every 30 minutes by Marta Kuligowska or Anna Seremak.
Dzień Na Żywo is a news programme on Polish news channel TVN24. Two hosts present the news alternately every half an hour. The programme features newscasts, lives with reporters and talks with invited guests. X Factor is a Polish television music competition to find new singing talent and part of a British franchise The X Factor. The third series began on 23 February 2013 and ended on 26 May 2013. All three judges known from the previous series including Czesław Mozil, Tatiana Okupnik and Kuba Wojewódzki returned. On 21 November 2012 it was announced that Jarosław Kuźniar would not be back to present the series due to personal reasons and his commitments to TVN24. On 13 December 2012, Patricia Kazadi was confirmed as the new presenter. It was reported that Marcin Prokop, Szymon Majewski and Agnieszka Szulim had also been in running for the role.
