Guillermo Stevens Sierra (born 22 April 1960) is a Mexican tennis coach and former professional player. He is also known by his nickname "Memo". [1]

Stevens was a collegiate tennis player for UT Austin prior to joining the professional tour, where he attained a career high ranking of 302 in the world. [2] He was runner-up at the inaugural San Luis Potosí Challenger in 1980, qualified for the main draw of the 1982 Bordeaux Open and featured in the qualifiers for the 1983 Wimbledon Championships. [3]

According to the 2020 Mexican Census, it is the 19th most populated of Mexico's 31 states, with 2,822,255 inhabitants and the 15th largest by land area spanning 61,138.0 square kilometres (23,605.5 sq mi). The largest municipality by population is the city of San Luis Potosí, with 911,908 residents, while the smallest is Armadillo with 4,013 residents. The largest municipality by land area is Santo Domingo which spans 4,322.60 km2 (1,669.0 sq mi), and the smallest is Huehuetlán with 71.50 km2 (27.61 sq mi). The newest municipalities are El Naranjo, created out of Ciudad del Maíz, and Matlapa, carved from Tamazunchale, both established in 1994.

Víctor Hugo Lojero is a Mexican professional footballer. He currently plays for Venados as a forward. Lojero made his professional debut with San Luis in 2005.

Peter Doohan was an Australian tennis player who won three consecutive Australian Hard Court Championships singles titles, which remains an Open era record for that tournament. He won a further two singles titles at the South Australian Open in 1984 and San Louis Potosi tournament in Mexico in 1988. He also won five doubles titles during his career. The right-hander reached his highest Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) singles ranking of world No. 43 in August 1987.

Santa Maria del Rio is one of the 58 municipalities that make up the Mexican state of San Luis Potosí. The municipality is located in the southern part of the state, approximately 48 kilometers east of the city of San Luis Potosí. Verano de Escándalo 2003 was a series of major Lucha Libre or professional wrestling shows held by the Mexican wrestling promotion AAA over the summer of 2003. In previous and subsequent years AAA's Verano de Escándalo were a single event, but in 2003 it was a series of three shows held on August 31 (A), September 16 (B) and September 28 (C), 2003. The events featured a number of professional wrestling matches with different wrestlers involved in pre-existing scripted feuds or storylines.
