Gus Halper is an American actor. He has acted on the series Fear the Walking Dead (as Will) and Law & Order: Organized Crime (as Teddy Silas) and in the films Goat (as Chance) and Rustin (as Tom). Law & Order: Special Victims Unit is an American police procedural crime drama television series created by Dick Wolf for NBC. It is based on the true story of Rustin, who helped Martin Luther King Jr. and others organize the 1963 March on Washington.
