Club career

Vagenin signed a two-year contract with Novara on 18 July 2014. [1] On 2 February 2015 Gustavo and Manconi were signed by Lecce in temporary deals, with Luigi Della Rocca moved to Novara. [2] [3]

On 16 September 2015, he was signed by Messina. [4] [5]

On 5 March 2020, Vagenin rejoined Romanian club Universitatea Craiova. [6]

On 10 August 2020, Vagenin signed by Ajman Club. [7]

Universitatea Craiova was a Romanian professional football club based in Craiova, Dolj County. Between 1948 and 1991, Universitatea won four national titles and five national cups. In addition to its domestic success, its reputation as a major club in the country was established by being the first Romanian team to reach the semi-finals of a UEFA tournament, and remains the only one to have knocked out at least one club from each of five strongest countries in European football—England, France, Germany, Italy and Spain.

The Gazeta Sporturilor Monthly Football Awards are association football awards presented monthly by Romania's largest and most read sports-related publication, Gazeta Sporturilor. They were first handed out in September 2021, and honour players and managers deemed to have been the best over the previous month in Romania.

The 2022–23 Liga I was the 105th season of the SuperLiga, the top professional league for Romanian association football clubs. The season started on 16 July 2022 and ended in May 2023. It was the eighth season to take place since the play-off/play-out format has been introduced. Farul Constanța claimed the title, ending the five season domination of the Transylvanian side CFR Cluj.
