Hadley Foster

George "Hadley" Foster, (born June 18, 1975) is the American athletic administrator who was the head men's volleyball coach at Quincy University. He spent eight seasons as head coach, ranking as the program's all-time leader in wins.

Background

Foster, who is from Shelley, Idaho, played high school basketball at Shelley High School. Foster's collegiate coaching experience started with a six-year stint at NCAA Division I Idaho State University, where earned both his bachelor's and master's degrees and also completing his undergraduate studies in physical education in 1996 before finishing his graduate work in athletic administration in 1998. The Michigan State University Men's Volleyball Club was founded in the late 1950s and revived as a registered student organization at Michigan State University in 1987. It is currently a founding member of the Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association ("MIVA"), and registered with the National Collegiate Volleyball Federation ("NCVF"). The club competes in MIVA organized intercollegiate club competitions throughout the season and the season-ending NCVF National Championships. The club currently has four teams with progressive skill levels—Green, White, Posse, and Greenhorns. Club teams practice at the IM West Sports Arena and participate in a variety of club fundraising and community outreach and supportive activities, like Special Olympics and fundraising for the Greater Lansing Food Bank.

The 2023 Quincy Hawks men's volleyball team represents Quincy University in the 2023 NCAA Division I & II men's volleyball season. The Hawks, led by 2nd year head coach Caren Kemner, play their home games at Pepsi Arena. The Hawks are members of the Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association and were picked to finish eighth in the MIVA in the preseason poll.
