Hale Arena is a 5,000-seat multi-purpose arena in Kansas City, Missouri. It was built in 1992 and was home to the former Kansas City Knights basketball team after they moved from Kemper Arena in 2003. It was named in honor of H. D. "Joe" Hale and his wife Joyce for their financial contribution. [1] Hale Arena is home of the American Royal rodeo.

Lubbock Municipal Coliseum was an 8,344-seat multi-purpose arena in Lubbock, Texas. Although the arena was located on the campus of Texas Tech University, it was owned and operated by the City of Lubbock until 2018.

The Future Farmers of America was founded during the annual Royal. The Kansas City Royals professional baseball team derive their name in part from the Royal.
The Four States Arena is a 5,600-seat multi-purpose arena in Texarkana, Arkansas. Built in 1985, the venue is located at the Four States Fairgrounds which is within the limits of Bobby Ferguson Park. The arena has been home to the Central Hockey League's Border City Bandits (2000–2001) and a North American Hockey League team sharing the same nickname, the Texarkana Bandits (2003–2006). Through the years, The Four States Arena has hosted many entertainers performing concerts along with a number of annual and seasonal events each year including the rodeo at the Four States Fair each September and the holiday-themed "Mistletoe Fair" in either November or December.

The Jacksonville Equestrian Center is an equestrian facility at the Cecil Commerce Center in Jacksonville, Florida. It consists of an indoor multi-purpose arena, officially named Championship Arena, two outdoor competition arenas, two outdoor warm-up arenas, a turf arena, 426 permanent stalls, and 70 Full Service RV spaces. The facility has a grand opening in March, 2004; it is home to several horse-related events. The Silverstein Eye Centers Arena is a 5,800-seat multi-purpose arena in Independence, Missouri, United States. It was opened in November 2009. It serves as the home arena and administrative offices for Kansas City Mavericks in the ECHL, as well as hosts the home games of the Kansas City Comets of the Major Arena Soccer League. The center will host more than 100 events every year, with a very large spectrum of its events including: trade shows, professional sporting events, festivals, community events, concerts and its primary tenant, Kansas City Mavericks.
The 1995 Kansas City Royals season was a season in American baseball. During this season, the Royals finished second in the American League Central, with a record of 70 wins and 74 losses. This was the first of 17 losing seasons the Royals would suffer through 2012.
The Barney Allis Plaza is a park located in Downtown Kansas City, Missouri at the intersection of 12th Street and Wyandotte. It is named after the prominent Kansas City hotelier, and owner of the Standard Theater, Barney Allis (1886-1962).
