Hannah Greenwood (born 1987) is an Australian stage and television actress, best known for starring as Saskia Litras in the Australian children's television series Noah and Saskia . [1] [2]

Background

Greenwood currently lives in Melbourne, Australia. She has been involved in theatre production since she was 11 years old, [1] [3] and has been involved with modelling, singing and numerous voice-overs. She graduated year 12 from Fintona Girls' School in 2005, and attended drama classes at the Australian College of Dramatic Arts and the Victorian Youth Theatre. She was accepted into the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts in 2007, and said that she does not plan to take another role until 2010. [4]

Hannah most recently performed in the play 'Salonika Bound'. Her television credits include Legacy of the Silver Shadow , Horace & Tina , High Flyers, Short Cuts , Stingers , State Coroner, Blue Heelers and Neighbours . On Neighbours, Greenwood played the part of Teresa Cammeniti.

<i>Noah and Saskia</i> Australian childrens television series

Noah and Saskia is a 13-episode TV program initiated, developed and produced by Patricia Edgar for the Australian Children's Television Foundation (ACTF) and the BBC as she stepped down after 20 years as Founding Director of the ACTF. The 13 x 24-minute drama series involves an Australian teenage girl, Saskia, and her internet-based relationship with Noah, a teenage boy living in the United Kingdom. The two characters project their ideal selves to each other in a virtual world, and in the process get a little closer to reaching their ideals in the real one. The show is about the power of someone's essence and how someone can touch you from 10,000 miles away, and change your whole life. Noah & Saskia speaks directly to today's young people about the technologies which are changing the way we communicate.

Jacinta Stapleton Australian actress (born 1979)

Jacinta Patrice Stapleton is an Australian actress. Known for her role as Amy Greenwood in the Australian television soap opera Neighbours from 1997 to 2000 and again from 2020 onwards. Her most notable role was playing an undercover detective in the primetime network television series Stingers. Her performance garnered an Australian Film Institute nomination for Best Supporting Actress in a Television Drama. She is the younger sister of Blindspot actor Sullivan Stapleton.
